Managing Director

Glenn Hanson has over 30 years experience in the Financial Services industry having worked as a senior executive for a large plc organisation. He has a BA(Hons) degree in Banking, Insurance and Finance, is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and is also an Associate of the National Association of Estate Agents (ANAEA).

Glenn has his own portfolio of residential investment property and has first hand practical knowledge of ensuring such investments are properly managed and protected, including property abroad.

In addition, Glenn has managed the relocation of staff on a national basis in the UK and was a member the CBI Relocation Council.

There is a close affinity with those investors residing overseas or UK nationals wishing to purchase property abroad. Glenn was born and lived in Kenya and recognises there are many individuals who live or spend time abroad who wish to hold residential property in the UK.

Associates:

Robert (Bob) Levy is a founding member of the company. Bob has over 25 years experience in the Financial Services Industry during which time he has worked for the Country’s largest estate agency group, been an independent financial adviser and a senior executive for a major UK Life Company with National responsibility IFA distribution.

Bob is qualified to the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Financial Planning Certificate (FPC), Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ) and is an Associate of the National association of Estate Agents (ANEA).

Bob’s main role is to seek out business development opportunities.

David Tyrell is a qualified surveyor (FRICS) who works in private practice. He has previously worked in 2 estate agency partnerships in North Worcestershire and South West Birmingham, but now manages his own residential lettings business in those areas with around 300 properties under management.

David acts in an advisory capacity to SIPS as well as independent property surveys for clients where required. Additionally David provides contingency management on behalf of SIPS in the event of disaster recovery.

Robert Hand is a qualified surveyor (FRICS) working out of private practice in Tetbury. Robert specialises in structural surveys on buildings along with project management in respect of renovations, particularly grade II listed buildings.

Robert provides advice and support to SIPS in respect of renovations, property surveys and valuations.
