SIPS provide a competitively priced full property management service. We have developed an innovative approach to the whole management function, ensuring your management and repair costs are properly controlled.
Our full property management service incorporates an innovative insured emergency repair cover, subject to certain criteria, reducing the time and expense involved in dealing with certain emergency repairs. This is inclusive in our fees.
Within the full property management service SIPS are able to look after:
- Tenant finding
- Credit referencing
- Preparation of lease and issuing of notices
- Gas safety certificates
- Secure and accurate accounting of rental income - paid into a U.K. or off-shore account.
- Tenants deposits held in a secure and protected client account
- Ongoing management, including dealing with repairs.
- Centralised processes ensuring uniformity and quality.
- Includes an innovative emergency repair insurance, subject to certain conditions, within our fee structure.
The whole process is controlled centrally ensuring robustness of standards and uniformity in the quality of the process.
We are able to offer certain elements of these services on an individual basis for landlords or agents who seek to manage their own property investment portfolio.
Where SIPS is not providing full property management, the emergency repair insurance for landlords can be purchased online.
