Tenant Find
Finding the right tenant is critical; after all they will be the ones living in your property. Getting the right tenant makes a significant difference in the returns you can expect on your investment.
You need to be satisfied, as far as is possible, that any prospective tenant:
- Is able to afford the rent.
- Does not have an adverse credit rating
- Will look after your property
- Unlikely to involve you incurring expensive legal costs.*
As part of the full management service SIPS will find you a suitable tenant wherever your property may be in the U.K. We use a network of over 4000 qualified agents who use their local knowledge and contacts to find a suitable tenant. The agents are contracted to SIPS in this respect.
SIPS then ensures each tenant is carefully screened with a comprehensive credit check and references being obtained. Only once we are satisfied on all these counts will we proceed to make an offer of a tenancy.
At every stage SIPS retains control of the process on your behalf as a landlord and will advise you on progress.
